Brief Introduction
The palm shell is the residue of the palm oil refining process and has long been abandoned. Until the use of palm shells as a biomass fuel in a cement manufacturing plant in Malaysia, the coal combustion has caused heat. Today, many European countries, including factories in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Italy, began to attempt to supply the palm shell as a fuel material to reduce rising other fuel costs and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
The CFB boiler has been rapidly developed with its superior environmental characteristics, fuel adaptability and good load regulation performance. Compared with the bubbling fluidized bed, the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) adopts a relatively high operating gas velocity, and has the advantages of wide fuel adaptability, large gasification intensity, and high gasification efficiency when it fires biomass raw materials.
Features and Advantages of Palm Shell Biomass CFB Boiler
1.Palm Shell Biomass CFB Boiler has a large combustion space in the furnace, which provide the sufficient time for fuel combustion. At the same time, sufficient secondary air is arranged in a certain height in the furnace to accommodate a large number of volatile concentrated emissions and ensure combustibles. Mix thoroughly with the air and fire the fuels completely in the furnace.
2.Suspended type Membrane water-cooling wall structure furnace and the gas passes make it less heat-releasing and clean
3.Low wear: There is almost no wear on the heated surface and the annual operating hours can reach more than 8000 hours.
4.Low resistance and high separating efficiency of separator and center cylinder ensure high combustion efficiency
5.Multi-tube box arrangement air preheater and low-temperature section adopts corrosion-resistant steel, which avoids the low-temperature corrosion
Application:
Thermal power plant, heating company, food & beverage, cement plant, paper mill, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals industry, textile industry, coal industry, steel & iron industry, non-ferrous metallurgy, mining industry.
