DZL series biomass steam boiler integrates advanced design concept, optimized process parameters and special technical treatment. It is a new type of boiler suitable for multi-basic biomass fuel. The product is stable in operation and economical and environmentally friendly during use. The boiler thermal efficiency is over 88%, and the boiler soot, SO2, and NOx emissions are low.
The boiler body adopts a new water-fire tube structure, which consists of a vertical drum, a left and right lower header, water wall, a flue water wall, a threaded pipe and a down pipe. A water-cooled wall tube is arranged on the left and right side walls of the combustion chamber, and a convection tube of the left and right airfoil flue is formed by the water-cooling wall of the furnace. The drum is provided with a threaded pipe bundle, a backwater distribution pipe is arranged on the left and right sides of the lower and lower sides, a backwater ejector is arranged at the inlet of the downcomer, and a periodic sewage device is arranged in the lower part of the drum. Boilers burning equipment adopts chain grate.

The advanced furnace structure successfully solved the direct exposure of the bottom of the drum to high temperature flame radiation to avoid the occurrence of "drums" defects.
The two-wing flue is set so that the temperature of the front tube sheet is the same to avoid tube sheet cracks due to temperature stress.
The single-return threaded pipe is used in the drum to enhance the heat transfer effect, and the threaded pipe has a self-cleaning function to avoid ash accumulation in the pipe.
Reasonable smoke speed design, the heating surface does not accumulate dust, does not wear, the boiler heating surface can maintain high efficiency, full load and safe operation for a long time under the condition of no soot blowing.
The inertia separation of the soot at the exit of the furnace effectively reduces the concentration of dust in the exhaust and reduces the wear on the heated surface of the rear.
